Payment terms
No payment is due at bid submission.
Award notification follows after the July bidding window and budget-floor confirmation.
Deposit and final balance dates are confirmed in the written sponsor agreement before invoice.
Terms & conditions
Binding contract: every submission constitutes a firm, legally binding contract. Retracting a bid is not possible.
No cancellation: once a category is awarded, no cancellations or refunds will be granted.
Exclusivity guarantee: winning brands will be the sole partner in their awarded category.
